Ryan Ross (Panic`s Guitarist/Lyricist) has said in an interview that their new album will be release in July 2007. When asked how they write their amazing lyrics, Ryan Ross (<3) had this to say, "New shoes. That's how we write our stupid songs. I get a new pair of shoes, and I'm so fucking happy!" Very funny. Here are some of the lyrics said to be used in the upcoming album.
